Maiden & Voivod beer

Found 4 bottles of Trooper beer earlier today . Probably should drink it piss warm since its an English Ale but gong to chill it anyway .

Noticed Voivod also has a beer out but it just had a release party. So, no joy for that product yet. Maybe the next time I'm in Montreal.

Anyone knows if the Trooper beer is available in the New Hampshire (or Massachussets) liquor stores? I'll be around Manchester for the Black Friday and I'd like to pick up a few bottles. I'll have to try that Voivod beer as well, if I can locate it of course...

Thanks, but the closest one from Manchester, NH is about a 1H40 drive. Not sure I'll be able to make it, except maybe if I'm around Boston...

So, is the Trooper beer any good?

'Trooper' taste like Sam Adams.
I found it in beer specialties stores here, but I do live in beer capital of the country.
I also know it has been spotted in simple convenient stores.

I was thinking Total Wine might carry it, but looking at their stock, they really don't go that deep with the imports.

Pub beer is room temperature... unless you're in a touristy pub, then they chill it.

I lived there for 3 years, and never had a cold pint.. Drank a LOT of real Guinness, though.

I am trying to get a couple of the Angra beers, but I am not sure how it would work with importing. I think my best bet is to have someone bring a couple when they visit.

I did hear, however, that the Holy Land one is rather tasty.
