Slayer are opening for Maiden!

At least where I'm seeing them and Maiden are playing a 2hour set in Adelaide, this is fuckin' superb!!!

oh and only Quest for Fire is real!

Haha! It's going to be weird seeing Slayer at 5pm.

I'm probably just going to show up at Soundwave around 4pm. As much as I'd like to see Saxon and Monster Magnet, I don't think I'm cut out for being at a festival for more than a few hours, especially during the summer.

So I'll just see Slash, Slayer, Queens of the Stone Age and Maiden. I'm cool with that. Hell, if Slash wasn't there I'd just show up for Maiden.

I've got quite a bit of work to do that day, so I'm not sure what time I'll turn up. Hmmmm.

I am going to do the main stages all day, starting with Monster Magnet. They're awesome live. Sadly I will miss Dimmu and Rob Zombie, but at least I am seeing Zombie the night before, and have seem Dimmu previously.
