Making your own pro tools shortcuts?

I swear i remember seeing a screen last year when i was learning pro tools that allowed me to edit and assign shortcuts. Right now there are two things that i can't find any shortcut for, and i'd like to make one for it.

If this isn't possible, then does anyone know a shortcut for toggling the grid on pro to and from triplets. Also, a shortcut for checking and unchecking the "automation follows edit" option.

I hate using my mouse for this stuff

No you cannot edit key commands and there is no key command for toggling triplets. The automation one I'm not sure about.
