According to AL.com, an Alabama man wearing a DEVILDRIVER t-shirt was arrested last month for allegedly driving a vehicle into both people and property. Daniel Alan Hickey, 38, was charged with two counts of assault second degree, one count of criminal mischief first degree and one count of reckless endangerment.At approximately 12:49 a.m on February 18, deputies responded to a residence on Pleasant Country Road in Falkville. A sedan was wedged against another vehicle and there was a person in the driver's seat. A deputy told the man to exit through the passenger's side. Several injured people were found, as well as property damage.According to DecaturDaily.com, Hickey was intoxicated and became angry at his wife at a home where they were staying with another couple. Hickey proceeded to destroy a water bed and take a TV outside and smash it on the ground, before getting into his car and crashing it into other vehicles parked at the mobile home, police said.After Hickey was confronted by the homeowner, he intentionally aimed his vehicle at the homeowner and drove at the homeowner four times, hitting the victim twice. As the homeowner's wife tried to help her husband up, she was targeted by Hickey and struck by his car. Hickey also hit a porch attached to the mobile home, causing another woman to fall to the ground, police said.Hickey was transported to the Morgan County Jail with an $8,000 bond.
