and by the way... salads that contain LETTUCE are NOT real salads...
lettuce has no nutritional vallues at all, much like cucumbers.
so the body makes no effort to digest them, and they leave our bodies fast.
Try to make a salad with only tomatos, bell peppers, raddishes, and instead of lettuce: put cabage in.
healthier: and trust me: it will fill you up!
oh yeah, about these veggies (lettuce and such): your body use more energy to digest them compared to the energy that you will receive from them. So yeah, that's a very good way to lose fat
