as some of you have known, i recorded some bands at March Metal Meltdown... prime example why you should stay far away from the stage while recording, it is too bassy.... Amon Amarth didnt even record. Deicide is too bassy to recover, Behemoth is too bassy as well... Rotting CHrist may be better... dah, ill see em again...

Yes, bass was an issue at the Arch Enemy show I saw last July. Still an enjoyable show, though.

495-What bootleging system are you using? MD's transfering to a pc?

yep... i go to the show with the MD recorder, a mic, batteries, and disks. i record the bands, i come home, listen to em on through line in on the computer, and i transfer while listening... these wont be able to be fixed

Do your levels fuck up if you move about too much?
Mate started using the same setup and his first attempts are unlistenable.

i dont move around i stay in one spot, and set the level to 1. that way, im usually sure itll be safe... its my dumbass fault for standin that close hehe
