Marshall 2203KK - Oldschool Death Metal Grind

when i go crazy with gain like you, i lose all the attack...you don't...why? :D
is it the marshall that has more attack than other amps?

I was very busy the last months and i rarely had a guitar in my hands. When you didn't play the guitar for a while, you're playing is damn awful afterwards :D At least in my case. Otherwise i'm doing fine. and you? :) Still love for the IsoCab or are you "back" to 412er?

Things are going quite well, but nothing special is going on. Back to 412. I try to sell the Iso Cab at the moment :)

Fine :)

Was the boominess with the Iso too noticeable lately? And how do you manage the loudness of the 412 now, thought a 412 was too loud for you?

The boominess wasn't/isn't the problem. I experienced enhanced mids and the "air" of the room and the room itself was missing. Simply isolated and kind of compressed. Even though my room is far away from being good for recording guitars(too much wood around, mainly the floor) i prefer it over the isocab.
I have a vid online comparing the Mesa vs the isocab...
I keep the levels low :)
Cheers,
Simon

I couldn't get good results with low levels and a 412. Only mid honkey tones :/
If loudness is not a problem then the 412 is definitely better then the iso in the video :) i tried match eqing them but i can still hear that the low end is compressing and isn't as nice as with the 412.
I hope my Iso is better :p
