If it's assembled the way I'm thinking, like the older cabs, take the rear panel off. Take the speakers out. Then there will be screws inside around the perimeter of the baffle board. Take all the screws out and the baffle will pull out through the rear of the cabinet. The grill cloth will be stapled to the baffle board.
