Worst band I have ever seen live in MY LIFE. I hate them, I think they are garbage, and I have had the displeasure of seeing them live 3 times. The music was just nonsence, the riffs are interesting at first, but just go off into the most uninteresting, lame, boring shit I have ever heard. The vocals, well if you count a random yell every 5 mins, then, well they were equally as terrible. Upon the 3rd time seeing them, I actually WANTED to like them! But they were just sooo bad I couldnt even lie to myself, or even PRETEND to like them. I think they are the only band out there that I actually detest listening to. Its funny they played with High on Fire a few months ago, and the guitar player with the beard, his pedal busted and they couldnt finish their set, so like everyone I knew started cheering, cuz at that point we would have done anything to stop the aural rape our ears were going through.
I really am sorry if I offended any Mastodon fans, I am usually not the type of person that flames bands, In fact I never do, but, yeh...ugh
