anyone else into the Aural viscreal chuuging bliss that is remission by Mastodon . im not sure what genre it van be desrcibed as being a member of all i know is its taking extreme music into hitherto uncharted terrotories.
and if anyone has their first album Lifesbood whats it like and is it better than Remission (if such a things possible)

Lifesblood is cool. Songs are just as good or better than on Remission, but it's only 14 minutes long...

I enjoyed Remission a lot. It was reccomended to me in a time when I needed agressive music. They fufilled my wishes very fully.

Remission blew my fucking head of and left the rest of my body in a melted buddle of muck. I did a review of the album at www.primalagony.musicpage.com . I've only heard one track from Lifesblood. Not to far removed from the Remission body of work. Great band.
