Matt Barlow has left Iced Earth...

Although I know that this is the Opeth board, I feel something like this has somewhat of an affect on the whole metal community.

So what are your thoughts on this? Matt was IMO a great singer and Jon certainly has a challenging task ahead of him to find someone to match him.
