MD.45

Despite being a big Megadeth fan, I have never heard MD.45. I want to check the album out, but which version should I go for? The original, or Mustaine on vocals? Can anyone offer an objective opinion?

Go with the original. It rocks. (at least it did when I last listened to it, years and years ago)
I have a signed copy packed away some.. I think I'll dust it off and give it a spin. :Spin:

Yeah, briefly.
I had been listening to the album for over 5 years before it was 'redone'. The original Lee Ving vocals were one of the highlights for me. Too me, Dave's effort just sounds squeaky.

np - Just listened to a bit of it again. Sounds like punk-styled Megadeth with Blaze Bayley on vocals.

Yeah Dave's redone vocals on some of the 'Deth remasters are shocking, so that doesn't surprise me. I will have to track down an original copy of the album now though!
