Meleeh guitaresound

Hey fellas,
I´m always looking to receive a guitaresound like this Band:
Check Meleeh
This only with VSTs and IRs...but don´t archive them right know.
Maybe anybody have an advice what kind of plug and IR I can use to come a little bit closer.
It´s not that typical clean metal production...love that ;-)

Love them and their sound. Just mail them, they will reply. I hooked a concert up with them. Very nice guys.

I produced their first album, and recorded guitar and bass on their second. Don't know anything about the latest one though. Sorry.

What I can tell you is that they've been using a Folkeson-modified old Marshall JMP on the first two albums. I think on the first one there was a 5150 that we used a lot too... Miking would have been two SM57 going into my Amek DMCL pre-amp.

I think the key to their tone is using nice old guitars and not too much distortion on the amp. I think they still have that old JMP-amp. It's modded so it has tons of distortion, but they never really crank it up.
