This is the first track of our Death Metal Side Project ..

Drums are SD2.0 with replaced snare and kick
Gutars are solo c and x 30 with impulse
Bass is sans amp and ampeg svx with impulse
vocals recorded with an sm 57

i have been struggling with the low end ...

ohhh yeah and the little "Wooo" isn't staying in the final project, we are looking for a good movie quote to go there...

I really don't like the first part, with shredding and blast beat. Then when a more groovy riff comes, it gets really rock n roll. I love the voice in that part : "Pick yourself up if your fallin behind"

I think there's some bass to boost it's like its missing some bass, or maybe it's the kick which is too loud ?

i can't get better at mixing untill i know what aspects of my mix needs improvement, and how to improve it ..
