Mesa Nomad 100 head?

anyone ever had the chance of playing one of these, its a 6l6 based 3 channel head, im on the search for an amp that is versatile in the low gain stuff.

i got a local guy who is selling one for $600, so just seeing if anyone here has tried one.

An acquaintance of mine uses one in his experimental rock band, and it sounds great; as you say, as long as you want low-gain, I'd think it'd rule! (and maybe it could do well with hi-gain as well, though I've never heard one try)
