My laptop is dying and I want to see what I can get out of it before it finally kicks the bucket. Like I said I'm kind of happy with this... there's really nothing going on with the vocals in terms of reverb or delay or those kinds of fx, and that's from sheer laziness. There's also a general lack of volume, not too sure why. If you take the time to listen, I'd appreciate any critique or comments etc. Thanks for your time.

Sounded nice. Maybe it's a taste thing but I have a hard a time with these honky tones with little presence. It works decently on the chuggs but in the intro where there's one-string riffs it's all honk. A lot of machine gun fills on those drums and the vocals sounded a little dry.

Thanks for listening, Plankis! Are the guitars really that honky? I tried to filter out most of it but maybe my ears are just fried. Do you think there's anything I could do to get the vox and fills a little more... wet?

Maybe you've eq'd too much? They're pretty dull too which accents it even more, maybe try raising the low pass filter and see what happens? A rest day might do you good. I meant add more reverb too vox and try working more on the midi velocities on the drums.

Do you mean dull EQ-wise? Thanks for all your critique, I'll take a break and take a crack at it in a little while.
