Has anyone seen Metal mania on vh1 classic? I came upon classic the other day while flippin through, and they have this block of metal mania. all of the best classic metal videos, i think i may have fallen in loveeee...On another not they also mentioned their relief effort that i think they said was going to be a video request thing where when you donate a certain amount of money then you get your video played on air and i think the more you donate then the more you get - old school PBS style. I think they may be even giving away peter max artwork which is pretty nice. soo check out the site. vh1classic.com or ask me anything...ill be looking into it more and will be keeping you posted.

Never seen it but betting it's better than Headbangersball and Uranium. Those two shows have no grasp of metal at all. Jaimie Jasta sucks also.

VH-1 as a general station is ten times better than MTV regardless that they poorly represent metal with the most cheesy 80's glam bands. You rarely will catch a band on Uranium,headbangers ball that has guitar solos or no breakdowns.

metal mania is the best goddamn show that vh1 has, i watch it everytime it comes on. they play all of the best hair metal *cough*Motley Crue*cough* and quite frankly, thats all you need to be one of the best shows on tv.

It's fun to watch some of the bands of the past with their goofy haircuts. You want to hear raucous laughter, you should hear my friends and I watching this show. Occasionally, there are some bands they play that never got into the rotation on MTV back in the 80's and they are even more hilarious.

Sadly, you'll have to weed through several hours of crap before you can get a good video.

i know isnt that annoying...i hate waiting through bad videos just for 1 really good one...there should just be a lot of good videos and no bad ones...but the bad ones are funny to watch sometimes anyway
