Metal to study to

In the past year I've started studying again, both for qualifications and for my own personal growth as ghey as that mhey sound.
I find most metal is just a distraction when trying to study, but certain bands, in particular Enslaved, are excellent for playing in the background while I work on something.

Has anyone got any others? I hate silence, so gimme something heavy to study to!

Pantera?! Fuck no, I dont think that'd work for me. To work out to perhaps, not to study - I'd be concentrating more on Dime's solos than the studying.

I focus on the rhythm, and Dime's solos slide behind the rhythm section when I study or fuck around on the computer or whatever.

It's not metal, but the other day I was listening to Jens Johansson - Fjäderlösa Tvåfotingar and Fission while studying, and I got a 97% on my midterm.
