Metal with a Melancholic Atmosphere

These two albums should be perfect. Antestor come from the black metal side of things and just dump in tons of sorrow and melancholy. I have heard them called Dark Metal. Probably seek out TRotBD first.

I have also heard that early Bethlehem is like that.

Not familiar with any of the two bands you mentioned but My Dying Bride has plenty of of melancholy in their stuff and they do it good.
