guitars sound super weird. kick sample sucks. other wise seems good. also, tune those damn vocals!!!!! ouch, my ears are dying.

haha fair enough.

Noticed today that the 5-6khz range bump on guitars was to much. gonna get rid of that. should even if out a little better.

what don't you like about the kick?

Preferred the first version myself.
The guitars in the revised one are a bit clearer but has this nasty plasticy edge to them that sort of hurts to listen to, whereas they're nice and smooth in your first mix.

Agreeing with what you said Gareth.

I've put a new mix in the first post, placed a LPF at 12khz and pulled off the 2dB,5-6khz bump I had on the guitar bus.

theres some upper mids that annoy me in the kick sample. might just be me though haha

I like it! If I had to be really picky i'd say guitars were maybe a tiiiny bit too loud for my tastes.
