I know this band is not really that old-school...but I know they play that kinda old-school style. Have heard bits and pieces of all thier CDs and want to get into them and thier style, but for some reason have yet to do so? I prefer the up-tempo power stuff and so far thier Millenium Metal CD is the only one that grabs me. Is this one of thier better CDs?...any other rec.s appreciated.

Millenium Metal was my favorite (that cover of Smoke on the Water was awesome!). Their 2007-ish release was pretty good. Their interim releases didn't do a whole lot for me. Great singer though.

Millenium Metal (the 1st album) is BY FAR their best one. The others have some good songs here and there, but are not that great as a whole. The 1st one is excellent from start to finish.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I got an advance copy of the new metalium album "Grounded" from the radio station I'm on and just checked it out. It's quite good. Several really heavy songs ala Dream Evil (I recommend checking out "Crossroad Overload").
Live on stage band is really great.First three albums are classics.

Check out their first three records, they are my favorites. The rest just don't much for me but their latest one might be a step in the right direction. Henning is a fantastic singer for sure!!
