LAMB OF GOD and BARONESS will provide support for METALLICA on all New Zealand and Australia shows in October-November.

Oh well, looks like I won't be busting a gut to get there early. Never even heard of Baroness.

I really liked The Datsuns. That said, this will be the first time I see them with an overseas band. Last two times were the aforementioned Datsuns and Horsehead. Didn't Kyuss open for them on the Black tour though? I didn't see that one.

I would be pissed about having missed it, but I was like 8, so is all good. Same deal with Maiden on the FotD tour... I really dig that era.

I was going to go to that tour in 1993 but it didn't happen. My friend came back raving about Kyuss, so I got into them from there after borrowing Wretch and Blues For The Red Sun.
