I can't see any big deal as such. They seem good for what they are, but I would've thought the guitarist from Botch would be doing something a bit more interesting than this tbh.

Well he's also in These Arms Are Snakes I believe, who are pretty cool with what they do.

It is, basically, super catchy indie rock but with a few added spins. The lead guitarist taps almost everything, but not just single string taps but whole melodies. You have have never heard tapping like this.
