edit: i was kinda ashamed by my last try, so i tried to fix some things. i kinda mess with the master output too a little bit, but mastering is strange new world for me

add a tempo track, initial tempo @125bpm, bar 86 @115bpm and bar 117 @90bpm. i turned the musical mode off for each track but i don't know if it's necessary.. anyway, it might be another way but i gave up cubase long ago.

In reaper there is no problem.. But my workflow in reaper is *arrrgh* ^^

Have you tried adding the Midi Drum files in first to ensure the tempo changes were added in correctly?

Then just dragging both guitar files to 0 and they should be align..

how i solved this problem:

enter guitar/bass and other waves and press off orange button (musical mode)
