moniters...

my last pair of moniters screwed up coz there OLD!
i now have a pair of mackie loud PA speakers conected up, purely coz other speakers in my house arnt worth it...

so i need new moniters...

does any body know of any realy decent moniters i could buy that arnt that expensive,

keep in mind this is for my home studio, not work.

so i dunno... maybe you guys could tell me what you got and what you think of them

I am getting a Yamaha HS50M on the end of this month, it´s not too expensive and have pretty good reviews out there. By the way, you can use the search function of this forum, lots of threads about monitors.

the events asp's are the shit Tested them at guitar center and fell in love. There just a bit out of my price range right now and i really want to acoustically tune my room first.

But if you want to get out cheap and a decent pair of active monitors look up wharfedale 8.2a diamonds. They get the job done nice and are only like 299.00 or even cheaper some places.
