When Speilberg went and rehashed ET for its 20th anniversary or whatever it was, they went through and changed the scene where the kids are being chased on bikes. Originally all the FBI agents/cops/whatever are running after them waving guns around. In the new edition, they have digitally taken out all the guns and replaced them with walkie talkies lol
