There were good lookin' guys PERIOD... A couple onstage, a bunch offstage and all of 'em willing to drink... And there were some beautiful women as well (that's right I'm secure enough as a girl to say it!!)

PP VI: Hot backup singers for Therion, plus I'm sure someone thought that the spooky lead opera singer was hot, too!

If you thought the back up signers for Therion were hot, then Angtoria should be somewhere on your choice line-up. Angtoria's signer did the female vocals for Cradle of Filth and I'm pretty sure that she was one of Therion's female vocalists that year. Angtoria is freakin' great and their new single "God Has a Plan for Us All" is incredible!

So who's it going to be at PP VIII? Personally, I'd like to see Sabine Edelsbacher and Edenbridge. Her band photos are smokin', and I think we should be allowed to see if there's any airbrushing going on!

Maybe someone can clear this up for me - I was told Edenbridge was no longer together and I haven't had the chance to do my research. Has anyone else heard that? If that's not true I'd love to see them at ProgPower.

In the vein of females in metal , I'd also love to see:
*Benedictum (Even I think Veronica Freeman is hot!)
*Doro (I have too much respect for The Metal Goddess to not put her on this list, even though I've heard she'll never be on the bill at PP )
*Leaves' Eyes (Touring this winter, so they probably won't be back for PP next year.)
*Stream of Passion (A beautiful female vocalist and guitarist; however, since the band involves Arjen, it is probably too expensive and therefore won't happen.)
* Xandria (Lisa Middelhauve has an incredible voice and for those of you who liked Simone Simmons' red hair, you'll love this beauty! )

Edenbridge is touring the UK this Nov. and they just released a new CD earlier this year I think. The singer is nice though.

I like the first Edenbridge CD the most.

I saw a bunch of really cute girls at Progpower this year that i "think" i noticed form this forum, after looking at pics here i'm pretty sure they were Ice Queen, Tess, Empress (who was actually at the JORN gathering at our hotel) & the chick with the glow horns( who is also on the PP dvd i bought this year) , and others that i haven't seen here yet. Of course there were others than them but thats all i regonized. I do recall 2 amazingly cute dark haired girls, kinda dark complected standing behind me at one point during Jorn. I think they were checking out my ass!! Oh yeah also a girl named Jennifer with red hair i noticed too.

Progpower VI had the hottest chicks...a bunch of women from Japan came to see one of the bands...I remember counting almost 20...thought I had died and gone to heaven.

Glenn, please find out what band is hot in Japan right now and make that the number 3 announcement? PLEASE?!!?!
