More proof for my cause . . .

Early in January I stated that Swarm of the Lotus had already released a possible album of the year for 2004.

Here's more proof that I'm not alone in this:

The reviewer accidentally says 2003 instead of 2004. I don't know how you don't like Mastodon, though.

i got 'volatile' off their website, but judging from this they shouldnt be mentioned in the same sentence as mastodon. are the other songs more interesting or what?

I'm not sure which song Volatile is. I'd have to check the CD, but the CD, overall, is very brutal and punishing. Mastodon is still better, but Swarm of the Lotus is still better than 99% of the bands trying to play that particular style.

Mastodon should have a new one out this summer.
