MTV.co.uk hit show 'The Freshers' is looking for Britain’s best unknown artists to feature on the soundtrack of its upcoming series.

Producer and frontman Tom Thurlow wants to showcase the UK’s unsung talent on each of the series’ 12 episodes.

The next series, which begins in November, promises to be the “biggest and best ever” with an estimated 500,000 online viewers.

The Freshers first aired in 2010 and continues to provide a rare glimpse into the wild antics of first year students as they explore a world away from parents – and into temptation.

So whether your music is main-stream, alternative, or rock n' roll, we would like to hear from you.
