I just put up the links for the "Multi-Masking" and "Aquanet" intros on another thread here at this forum, and thought maybe I should put them here, since they have nothing to do with the topic of the other thread.

This is the "Multi-Masking" intro played in reverse. On the CD recording, the left channel is the backwards voice, on the right channel is the same voice but run through a harmonizer set to an octave below. On this mp3, it's just the left channel, for clarity.

And here is the "Aquanet" intro. On the CD recording, the modem first sounds, then we duplicate it with instruments. On this mp3, both are played simultaneously. The modem is on the left channel, and the band is on the right.

Whilst listening closely to Multi-M intro, I was thinking that talk was Russian- Euro semi-baked approximations, with a short but surely distinct American Southern twang phrase: " then all of a sudden".... about 3/4 the way thru......Thanks for setting me straight Ron.........good thing i don't work for the Weekly World News...

Man, I really appreciate the "Aquanet" intro. After Ron said in an interview that the band played the modem part note for note and in sync, I tried to test it by having Windows Media Player opened up twice, but after about 28 tries, I couldn't get the timing right and gave up!!
