Well, not really, but i'm in school right now supposed to be doing programming, but i've been on these forums for an hour... It's addicting. Im also listening to Judgement and it's making me feel so peaceful... hehe

Only thing I can remember when it comes to
music/school, was me ditching classes and
whole days to go to concerts >:eek:P It was
worth it though ) I still do the same thing
when it comes to work. I take the day off or
work less hours to get to see bands live >)

lol, tut tut  Where do you work? (Here's me being too lazy to find it on the "what do you people do thread" ;) )

Music helps me study, I have no doubt I wouldn't be able to work as much as I am ATM (exams soon ;) ) if it wasn't for me listening to music for nine hours a day :)

These forums however, aren't helping... Nor are the large number of reviews I've got to write :D

Lol! hehehe... Well, I work at Ikea(hell). It's a sucky-sucky
job, but the good thing is I have a great contract. I think I
can quit in two weeks notice (if I one day find something
better, or I turn insane cause of all the nutcases that do
their shopping at ikea! hehe), and I don't have special days
that I _have to_ work. I get a shiftplan over two weeks,
so if I need a day or two off I'll just say so.

Probably the perfect job for a bandmember! Hehe... Cause
you can stay away for a really long time, and when you
come back you still have a job, cause ikea always needs
you! lol >:eek:P

Sounds cool, Ikea is a shithole tho ;) Gah, we have enough of them here :p But the people that work there are, I'm sure, amazing :D

True, man. I have a problem with that. Mostly economically, but I
tend to use my spare time on music.
Making and maintaining band websites, chating with my metal
friends, making music and seeking out new music and so on....
Goddamn! It must be a mental 'illness' of some kind.
Almost glad I don't know any metalheads in Oslo etc, or I would
travel there more often too. Not as fun going to concerts alone,
but I still do it sometimes.... meet new people there too.
Remember - there is never any excuse not to 'rock' with the
music!!! Alone or not! (I'm just floating here)...

I have beer! Good ones too! Yum.

Cheers! :Smokedev:

Well, these forums are ruining my studies.. That´s for damn sure... :( And... hm... Yeah, music too..:D

I should study this weekend... What do I do? Go to festival to see Opeth!! ( and Evergrey, Katatonia, Witchery, Dismember, Lost Horizon and Entombed...:) ) Soooooo... I am darn stupid. But I will have darn fun...! :D

Anyways... Hmmmm... conclusion? Well, music can´t ruin my studies, beacuse I couldn´t be without music. No me, no studies, quite simple...:D !

Haha! Konge! >)

How about the Quartfestival then? There are
quite a few Norwegians here, who's going?
Maybe I need to start a new thread.... :eek:P

buhuuuu

I am between my bachelor and master studies. Totally broke
de-luxe. Almost embarassing. (why did I buy all those records)
No possibility of getting to Quart this year
Hope you all have a good time - think of me, probably in some
lousy summer job to make some more money.

I cannot concentrate without music. I spent 6 weeks studying for my final exams in my last year at high school, with Sepultura's "Morbid visions/Bestial Devestation" on in the background (and I even passed everything, too :D). The last programming job I had, the staff were aloud to listen to music while they worked- it was cool doing programs listening to Vintersorg, and getting paid for it :)

Music has an influence on my studies. Very often, when I should do my homework, speeches, essays, I start listening to music and soon find myself only listenig to it and doing nothing else, well expect dreaming. I also get late for classes because I can't get off these forums :(

fortunately music has influenced my studies very much, but in a good way. if it wasn't for it i wouldn't speak english, which is essencial for an aspiring interpreter ;)

for ya! >:eek:P
