Music Venues in Seattle (Need help)

I am going to Seattle for three weeks (company is sending me up there for training) and I wanted to know where some of the cool clubs and metal venus that I can check out.. Record stores would be cool too or even some happening bars. Never been there so I am a complete newb! Also any metal bands playing from November 3 -19?. I would appreciate some cool links to sites or a tip or two. Thanks! Cheers
