I need your opinion about the mix of the first song of our forthcoming CD "The Inhuman Use of Human Beings".
It's all recorded at home by me, except the drums.
What do you think?

I like the vibe of it and the sounds for the most part. There are times when the snare seems buried, but the biggest critique I have is that the kick sounds like it's compressing the entire mix every time it hits. Lay off the buss compressor a little or bring down the kick slightly and I think you're good. BTW, really digging the song. It reminds me of The Ocean.
