Definitely, the mixer needs to back off on that reverb....

One example where bulk snare verb goes pretty well, maybe a bit overboard too though..:

sounds good minus the fact that it sounds like all the drum hits (minus the snare build ups every now and then) sound like single hit samples. and the alternating guitar leads before the strings come in are too loud. but otherwise, i dig.

wow sorry for posting in production tips and sorry for bumping it in production tips
but the samples I purchased have all the verb on it and it destructive so I can't really get rid of it =[
BUT I love the sample =D
