Hey, just heard this. No comments yet? I like the song. But yeah, the mix needs some work. Everything just seems kind of "distant" in the mix, instead of being up front and in your face. I'll try to get some thoughts together and write more, but I'm at work, and they just handed me some stuff to do. How dare they expect me to actually work when I'm at work.

Nice song. The "distant" thing grywolf mentioned was intentional, I'm guessing - kind of the Borknagar sound, and this song reminds me of Borknagar. That said, the first appearance of the synth seems high in the mix compared to the guitars it's paired with, and the synth seems just a bit low in the mix through most of the rest of the song.
The synths really make this song. Very few genuine metal bands make good use of keys as part of the melody rather than just texture, and you've really got some nice keys here. Good synth feel throughout, and I love the keyboard riff in the first fast part especially. It was kind of low in the mix and I couldn't tell for certain with my cheap computer speakers...does that keyboard riff start with a few triples?

If you mean the Keyboard riff during the galloping verse riff then I believe the keyboard is doing some triplet stuff
