My friend's mother-in-law got savaged by a dog

It attacked her on the street while being walked by some dude. It leapt up on her going ROW ROW and bit her arm and knocked her down and she broke her ribs and her leg in three places. Then it kept biting her while its owner was like "No!"

In a way, this is a twisted blessing. We were supposed to hang out this Saturday all day, but his stupid fiance (okay, she is not his mother-in-law for another couple of months) purposely invited her parents and his parents up/down for the weekend so they could all spend time together in Boston. So he had to cancel.

But since the woman is in the ICU and may never walk again, now he can hang out with me!

or actually maybe they should just shoot people that make dogs mean.

toby, it's a "friendly dog" who "would never hurt anyone", you know. "if you met her you would love her". so i'm sure she just got a doggie treat and a new rawhide bone to clean the fleshbits out from between her teeth.

also i should add that when i first started here, a client was attacked by his boyfriend's cat and needed over 50 stitches and he was hospitalized for severe infections and he had permanent bite mark scars on his neck and throat. scary cat. those should be killed too.

if it weren't for HIV confidentiality laws i'd totally post the pics of his wounds. it was so brutal.

that's probably the worst thing a kitty has ever done. it's not even close to the worst damage caused by dogs!

actually the EMT report from the client's pickup said 'another cat attack' and when we called for statistics he said roughly 3 people a month come in for serious puncture wound and infections from DEVIL CATS.
i also have a client that is severely swollen from bed bugs which is the grossest thing ever. ever ever.

this is totally a chance to get an attack lawyer and get some cash like we did. it was five years ago and I can still only elicit a wan smile from the wife when I plaintively ask her to help us out financially by walking around the neighborhood after rubbing rawhide all over herself.
