Yeah, I'm pretty pissed about it. Never had a chance to see them either . I am going to go out on a limb and say that it probably wasn't just weed and beer that Bonz is mixed up in. Rich may be pretty much straight edge but he seems fairly tolerant of the soft drugs(weed and some drink). So who knows what Bonz is fucked up on? What I want to fucking know is what is going to happen to the new album? I think if they are going to can him that they should at least release Southern Born Killers for the fans. Pretty much sucks all around.

That really does suck. It's always a shame when a great band ends up like this cause of substance abuse. Im not saying Bonz should be castigated, cause who knows, maybe he's got some personal shit going on, but then again, that leads to abuse, and so on... but thats another story. But like I said, it's a shame. And yeah, I agree with MyHatred, they should release SBK for the fans.

Bonz looked fine to me before the show and I talked with him a little bit later and he was good..He wasn't wired or even high..Dude was drinking Jack Daniels like there wasn't enough of it but I don't see the big deal there.

I figure they'll release SBK..I mean it's money in their pocket no matter how you cut...I don't know if I'll support Mojo with a new singer though..

Nobodies going to be able to do Crooked Figurehead as good as Bonz does..
In fact no ones going to be able to do ANY Bonz' material and make it worth listening to (IMO anyway) It's kind of like Sammy Hagar singing DLR tunes..I've never heard a good rendition of one..

Exactly. But sometimes it's hard to tell if theres a problem there. Like look at Dime. That man drank like no other, but he wasnt an alcoholic. He just loved to have a good time. I dont know the story with Bonz though. Like I said before though, this blows. Mojo are great, real underrated band.

I don't know, it seems like an excuse to me, but who knows really. I saw them the last spring and they all kicked ass.
I totally agree with the Hagar thing btw. But, we'll see.
