Amazon and Egay for all but trois.

Mael Mordha, Klaubatamann , and Galar were purchased off of kllaubatamann's german label, "Heavy Horse Records".

The Myrkgrav was ebay btw. That was the one and only copy, so you may want to interrogate Wolftribe on where he picked his up at.
