Today my Long Culinary Journey begins ... Hopefully in two years I will be a Chef! I will try and keep Y'all updated on my progress!

Great news JD. Two years seems like a long time, but it will fly by! If your determined to do it, nothing will stop you. Maybe someday you'll have your own restaurant. "JD's Metal Bistro" I'm sure it would kick Hard Rock Cafe's ass! I really hope you can make it down to ProgPower, but if you can't it's for a better purpose.
