Does indeed sound like noise. Might benefit from better mics or recording at lower volumes to avoid the obnoxious static, unless you want that.
Other than that it sounds like noisy grind...

it was brutal, heaps 2 short and for a "grind" band the vocals should be more gutteral!!!

other then that just record at a studio and you might get somewhere...heaps of crazy people like this stuff!

I might also suggest a name change to Chapelrape or Chapelfuck, which should do the same trick.
