Just got the 2 disc version of this today and I must say it kicks ass! Just curious what everyone's opinion is on the new album. I also think they'd be a nice addition to a future Progpower. Thoughts?

When it comes to Mystic Prophecy, I love the vocals, really enjoy the style and would love to see them live. Unfortunately, FireAngel is a bust for me. It starts off fantastic, with "Across the Gates of Hell" and "Demon's Crown", but then just falls off a cliff quality-wise.

The new disc is good .. Regressus and Savage Souls are still my favroites though. As for Prog power, uh yeah, I've been pushing them for years. They would be an awesome addition.

Savage Souls is a great album. I haven't heard anything by them since that. I will check Fireangel right now though, I'm curious to hear what the band is doing these days. They're a fun, powerful power metal band, and I'd love to see them at ProgPower next year!

Hahahaha yeah, you're right. But there are power metal bands who are not powerful, such as Freedom Call for instance. Now, I know, I pick on them, but isn't it true?

IMHO, All of their shit kicks serious ass. I've been waiting forever for these guys to make it to PP. For me, they'd be worth the price of admission alone.

Same, especially Regressus, Gus G kicked some serious arse on that one. Fireangel seemed a bit average to me, but then I've only listened to it once.
