Unfortunately this is something that is completely out of our hands as well as the label's hands. Tours are booked and routed by a booking agency, and it's up to them to find the cities and venues that will host the dates of the tour. Sometimes it can be harder than you think to get the right club on the right day for the right price, etc. But ultimately, I'm surprised and disappointed that a Chicago show wasn't set up for this tour, I agree. I can think of a couple of venues in the area that would've probably been good for this show, but why it didn't happen I guess we'll never know. I do know that Opeth are playing Chicago the same night as our show in Wisconsin, so that doesn't fare well. Maybe the Opeth tour occuring at the same time had something to do with why there's no Chicago booking? I have no idea. Bottom line is, we're just glad to be able to share the stage with Green Carnation again, it'll be fun seeing them again and we enjoyed playing in Toronto with them. Hopefully we'll get the chance to play with them more in the future, whether it be here or overseas or what have you....
