Need a sample of a Stick Count

Anyone know where I can find a sample (doesnt matter quality really) of a stick count? I can't find one on DFH or NSkit, or any of my CD's.

maybe make one, its jsut a stick count anyway. and just go into your closet or w/e to get a isolated sound. idk just what i would do.
