I belive this refers to PTSD, which most Vietnam veterans acquired from their time in the war.

I belive this refers to him killing Americans, for vengence, "Kills the People he once saved" Etc. etc.
Also note the Paranoid Album was released in 1970, right in the thick of the Vietnam war.
Thats my theory on the song... What I need is support, or proof of the ACTUAL serial Killings, I've found a few vague reports, but nothing strong.
I have a 5 min. oral presentation at noon, and I REALLY need to prove this point , as I feel it will "make" my speech, since the teacher is fairly young, and I believe he's into that stuff anyways..
