Need help with this effect please?

Hey guys, I'm working on a session, and one of the guys wants to have the music slow down to a stop. The way he wants it to sound is as if you were to stop a vinyl record with your finger by slowly adding pressure.

Since I can't really describe it all that well, I'm going to give you an example:

The Crimson Armada - it's the guitar effect at 2:35
