I've been working on recording myself for a few months now, and I've hit a wall. This is probably the best mix I've done, and I need some pointers on where to go from here. Its just guitars and drums. Drums are all superior metal foundry and the guitar was my peavey 6505 into a marshall 1960a cab and an sm-57. I put a high and low pass on the guitars and compressed them a little bit, and I used ozone for mastering.
