Need some guitar help!

Hey guys , i've searched high and low for this and havent find an particular thread about it.. your probably gonna say there is a thread about it deep in this forum somewhere haha

I wanna find the djent sound, not because im really gonna use it, i just wanna play around with it.
I have found some tips and stuff all over the place , but everything is for pod.

I have have TSE X30, and i run the catharis impulses through lecab.

do you think its even possible to get the djent sound from this?

Try it out. If it sounds good, it is good
if it sounds bad, use something else....

Half the djent sound comes from picking technique, seriously. Another 25 per cent or so comes from having pickups that accentuate the correct frequencies to bring out the desired pick attack.

hm , emg's 81/85 should do the job? , i do know for a faq that my picking technique never been good haha

EMGs are plenty good for the djent style.
Now just gotta work on picking technique
