Marcus I went through eurotubes for my 5150 about 2 years ago.. Jj's..are you against jj tubes? Anything else I should be looking at?
I'm not against JJ tubes, I'm against that guy saying he can give "personalized recommendations" when he sells ONE brand that's in no way demonstrably better than any of the others (in fact, I don't really like JJ tubes all that much, especially their preamp tubes) - it's just such a load of crap! But there's some useful info on biasing and he sells bias probes, which is useful, but for tubes, I'd rather buy from a place with a bit more selection! (incindentally, I like Penta Labs and Shuguang preamp tubes, and SED Winged C power tubes
