Need to identify a small clip

Hey all,

First post on a metal forum! I'm a huge fan of a few metal bands (Kalmah, Opeth, CoB, Trivium, and so on), I need some help identifying a small music clip though. I can't comprehend the french either .

It seems that it is his homeboy Didou. Dunno what the music is from.
