Hey everyone,

I am very pleased to announce that NeO is a finalist for the "Most Popular Merchandise" category in this years inaugural Australian Metal Awards! Creating music is not really about getting awards, but regardless it is always fantastic to be recognised, no matter what form that recognition takes. how did he not even make the cut?

Cameron Gant is alright, but not that creative just follows guitars, not that there's much to breathe for bass in Pyscroptic's music, but he never really stood out as an 'outstanding' bass player + he plays with a pick iirc.

Nothing wrong with playing with a pick, but just watching Brendan warming up with his fingers he can lock in to some pretty steep speeds.

Absolutely!! I don't know who put these lists together but i must have been listening to the wrong band

You've got to remember, this is pretty much signed-bands only. It was all industry people doing it after all.
